This book is all over the map. From the use of herbs, and natural family planing which will surely help getting pregnant, to strange advice of getting a vaccine.

I think some advice in here is wonderful for helping a couple get pregnant, like eating organ meats and egg yolks for vitamin A. But on the next page, she encourages eating soy foods, which contain known disrupting chemicals that will through the body out of balance.

This book provides general information. If you need an overwiew of what alternatives are available this book is for you. It does not give detail on when in your cycle you are supposed to use which herb etc., which is what I was looking for.
