Handy size book, but misses a lot of points out on the 12 main channels. As it says "the main points" but certainly for my study course we have to know the Antiq Shu points! Localisation and point function could be more detailed and no mention of Antiq Shu points or 5 phase function of points. I have been writing in the missing points but have decided to opt for another pocket reference to use for study when I'm communting. For point reference Peter Deadmans book is the definative reference book, but I'm not going to carry that around!

This book is excellent for the novice acupuncturist. It gives clear guidance on location of points, providing concise information as to the benefits of points used. I am sure this will remain a good source of reference long into my life as an acupuncturist.

This is a superb book for those who are studying acupuncture. It is especially useful in the inclusion of trigger points as well. My copy is falling to bits -it has benn used do much - as now resides on a shelve in my office for ready reference.
