I wanted a pregnancy workout DVD that my partner could join in with and this DVD has a great section for that, but I have to say, the 40min personal workout is amazing! It's not easy and afterwards you do feel like you've been put through your paces, but it has a great relaxation section at the end that leaves you feeling really great - like you've achieved something. And the instructor is heavily pregnant, easy to work with and very pleasant, not one of these "Mr Motivator" types. After all, you're with child so although she pushes you, it's nothing you won't be able to handle.

Great DVD, great workout and I've no doubt this is going to get me fit for labour. A must buy!

i loved this dvd! very hard and keeps you moving _ not advised for those new to excercise!- if you are used to excercise but want to calm it down when pregnant i recommend this! it is a bit jumpy although she gives clear instructions and its enjoyable! it is quite long though so not advised for those into 3rd trimester unless you love fitness!

I did the workout on this DVD for the first time this morning, and loved it. It is the exact type of workout I was looking for - it focuses on low impact toning/resistance type exercises but also gets your heart rate up. It certainly wasn't easy, but it also wasn't too intense. My muscles certainly feel like they have been worked! Erin is really relaxed and nice, it was set in her living room which gave the whole thing a nice atmosphere. Only slight gripe - the annoying tune on the dvd has got stuck in my head! But overall a fantastic workout dvd - I'm pleased I found it.

I have enjoyed using this DVD and already after 10 days, I feel it is doing me some good.
My only reservation would be just that she whizzes through it a little too quickly.
All of the moves are very straight forward and eay to follow, but the timing of her excercises seems faster than I would have expected, even compared to conventional excercise DVD's.
I will keep on using it, in conjunction with other DVDs.

I love this dvd. After the 40 minute workout you really feel as though you have worked out and can feel it the next day but isnt too difficult so its quite easy to stick to. I am able to fit it easily into my day too because its only 40 minutes. I havent tried the 20 minute section at the end that you do with a partner but the 40 minute one is enough for me and seems to be doing the trick!
