I just feel hopeless about life
Imagine you are a planet. If you are unhappy in one park there is always another park to go to, or a shopping center or a different city or country to go to. I am not suggesting that you pick up and move, I am saying that your mind is like a planet with all kinds of different places within it. There are all kinds of different things to do on a planet. What is on YOUR planet? It sounds to me like you are caught up in one area of your planet or a series of bad experiences.
We each have to build our own planet (our own mind) and fill it with all of the things that we love, all of the things that we love to do, all the things that we have any interest in, and all of the things that we need to know to be healthy and safe. It is important to have dreams and take all of the steps to make them come true. (On a piece of paper draw a large circle and a tiny body, this is a reflection of your mind as a planet. Draw pictures and write words all over your planet so that you can see your world in front of you. It is so easy to forget what is important to us when life gets hectic!!)

Life is just one experience after another after another after another after another...life is your chance to create your experiences!
When I am feeling down, and that was a lot this week... I clean my apartment. When it comes to our space and when it comes to our mind we have to remember that 'EVERYTHING BELONGS SOMEWHERE'. Answer your thoughts with the most important truths that give you a foundation to move forward with, conclude the questions in your mind. It always makes me feel better when I clean. Physical activity of any kind will help your body recharge and cleanse itself, so will good healthy fresh food and sleep. Listen to some good music while cleaning or exercising and let our brothers and sisters (artists) carry us through, it will keep your mind off of the things that you do not want to think about.
In the scheme of what is going on on your planet... troubles will not mean as much to you if it is relevant at all...you're a busy girl with lots to plan for!! Short term long term...LIFE!!
Do you see what I am saying? It might be that you need to get busy... with YOUR path. You just have to fill it up with one activity after another after another after another!!
Its important to learn how to take care of our planet because we will always be faced with something that makes us unhappy. Learning that this is life and that it is in your power to landscape your mind you will be able to overcome any problems that you face in the future, consider this practice.
Two questions that we need to have on constant review in order to be strong, healthy and happy are...

WHAT IS LIFE?
Write those two questions on the top of two different pieces of paper and keep them close by so that you can collect your answers over the next couple weeks... then create artistic reflections of your ideas so that you don't forget what is important to you. And have FUN designing your world around you.
A famous quote is... I THINK THEREFORE I AM. What you think is more important than we realize. Think positive thoughts, and stay grateful for what a blessing life is.
