Do I stay with him?

I have been with my boyfriend for almost 2 years. I love him with all my heart, we are living together over a year now. He suffers with very bad anxiety and stress, which does have a certain impact on the relationship (at times intimacy is affected). He wasnt in a serious relationship for 6 years before he met me, and often says that it was easier being single than in a relationship. We get on so well together, have common interests, enjoy our own time both together and apart, and just have similar outlooks on life in general. But, when we begin to talk seriously about feelings he becomes negative, telling me he doesn't know if he sees a future with me because he won't plan past tomorrow, and he's not sure if he loves me or not because he's not even sure what love is. I love this man with all my heart, he's my best friend and I am so settled with him and when things are good they're great. But I'm not sure exactly what I should do regarding his feelings. Should I stay with him because I'm happy and most of the time he seems a to be too, or move out and move on because I don't know if he wants me as part of his future. Thanks for taking the time to read this! I would love to hear someone's opinion!

Maybe because he was single for a long time he's getting used being on his own; like eating alone, deciding on his own and doing stuff alone without asking someones permission. OR maybe for a long time being single taught him to love himself more than anybody but it is not an excuse I guess. 2 years is more than enough for him to realized that he really loves you. If I were you, give him space, make him realize your importance in his life. If he comes back then he loves you, if not let him go. Know your worth sender, you deserved to be loved.
