He’s 10 years older than me, what can I do?

So I’ve been at my workplace for about 1 year now (I’m 18 years old). There’s a man of 28 who works in the same place and we get on quite well have a laugh sometimes and I’ve really taken a liking to him. Over time my feelings have grown stronger but I’m sure he really doesn’t have a clue and most likely doesn’t feel the same way at all. What do I do?
let him know your interest by smiling, eye contact, flirting and reactive body language. his reaction will clearly tell you his feelings.
Thanks I’ll try to do that

Is it socially acceptable though considering the age gap, another big worry of mine.
ten years is nothing to worry about. there are many couples with much larger spread. if you are in love with this guy age should not even be a consideration since you both legally adults. many girls prefer older men for many reasons such as maturity, financial stability, gentleness and sexual experience.
If you're worried about age, don't be. You are of legal age to make your own choices. There is nothing wrong with expressing your feeling to someone else. I'd suggest making sure he's single first.
