What to do????

I have been in a relationship for a long time, 8 years to be exact, although 6.5 years of it is long distance, I have been recently registered but not had the official ceremony yet. I will be moving with my wife to another country in 2 months or so from now so we can finally be and work together.

I went out to a party last friday with some work colleagues (I am a doctor in a hospital) and a rather attractive pharmacist was telling me the entire night indirectly and directly that she liked me. When leaving, I walked out and she followed and since it was raining we took a cab together, but she came down at my place instead!

Long story short, despite me trying to hold back for almost 30 mins, we ended up kissing passionately. That was all, she went home later after trying to assuage me of my guilt.

The next day she texted me and we had a fun conversation and she seems like she was a bit sorry for having done it but we were still flirting the entire time. Is kissing cheating? I guess it probably is..

Today I had lunch with her and we had a really great time chatting and everything, and when I look at her I can see it in her eyes that it is far from over. I'll be here for only 2 more months and we both know that it'll not last any longer than that but, I couldn't get that kiss out of my head and neither can she..I feel so childish and dumb but I just need to let this out and to hear your opinions on this. Please don't bash me, I have been faithful for more than 8 years despite being away from my wife the entire time and despite the loneliness, have rejected numerous advances from many attractive women.
