Emotional advice I used to serve in the military went on operations in a combat zone, as a result suffered PTSD, severe depression, Anxiety OCD and a few other mental health problems as a result, attempted suicide when I first developed them problems, lost my job in the military because of it, got help now 4 years later I’m slipping back into serious problems with PTSD

Don't panic - you're normal. If after combat you *weren't* in this state, I'd be sticking you in a test-tube and prodding you a lot with a pencil. ;-)

All it takes to backslide (for a bit - again, don't panic) is even the most 'tenuous' of triggers.

It's shell-shock, Jim, but not as we know it!

Have you ever broken your leg? Or any other bone?
