I'm on here because I honestly want to get my life back on track, but sometimes everything just seems to fall apart. I think I'm just looking for someone/something to keep me grounded in reality, and not drifting off into my own thoughts and emotions.
I know people are going to say "why don't you tell someone", "why don't you get a therapist" and my reply is that it's very hard for me to tell someone irl (if I do tell someone, it would change the perception that my family/friends have of me, and make them worry which would probably just cause me more stress)
I know this is a lot to ask, but I'm looking for someone who wants to be a friend, and who can keep me accountable and connected (just send me a message once in a while)
