Video game - should I be jealous for his time?

So my boyfriend and I live together in a one bedroom apartment. We have one TV, a computer, and an IPad that I usually use. Recently we both have been very busy and haven't been able to spend much quality time together because of work, and school. And this last three day weekend, his brother stayed over. Every night his brother was over they played video games very late, which was understandable, and I was happy they were having fun. Then when his brother left yesterday I came home from work around 10 and by boyfriend was n the video game. He never got off, and hours later ( around 1230) I went to bed, and told him that I was upset that he hadn't gotten off t at least talk with me for a little while because we haven't really been able to spend much time together. And so today I got home from work at 1130 (I'm a bartender) and it is now 1:22am and he has refused to get off, he said he is "busy with this" when I ask him if he would get off to hang out for a bit before bed. It infuriates me and makes me feel like I don't even matter. When i ask why he doesnt want to hang out with me he just says that he always wants to hang out and he has tried other times and I've been the one who didn't hang out with him. I don't agree with this though. Anyway, I just want to leave an sleep in my car. But of course, I'm not going to do that. Am I thinking rationally here!? Advice please! I personally believe quality time consists of talking without electronics involved or going out

I say, since he's not giving you his time, you shouldn't give his either. This may be a bad move, but perhaps he'll take notice of your behavior since you'd stop being present for the mean time. I say, you go find a hobby or something to do, basically make time for YOURSELF since he's not making any time for you. There's nothing wrong with having me time. If he starts to take notice and begins to miss you, you can tell that it's working, and by then, you can explain to him how it made you feel with his video games. If he doesn't take notice, then continue doing what you're doing until he does, but you really shouldn't mind him since he's being a jerk right now. Just be happy and optimistic, thinking, "I don't need a man to make me happy" and be happy with yourself for who you are and what you stand for. You're a great girlfriend, you tried to communicate to him how you felt and make change happen, but he's refusing for it occur. So you're only taking measures for change into your own hands. Anyway.. I wish you the best of luck!
