Should I move on?

Relationship advice i'm in college and i dated a guy for 8 months, we only live an hour and a half away so the travel wasn't horrible. During the summer he lied to me multiple times and then he broke up with me, saying that the distance is too much and we can't keep it up like we've been doing through texts. He said he doesn't want to waste his time if it's not going anywhere. He said it was just gonna be a break until school started up again and we agreed to not see other people and to keep talking. When we got back to school he didn't want to get back together and he wanted to be best friends. We still hung out and then we started having sex again and then we talked and we agreed that there was something still there and we would look for other people but we're not dating. I found out that over summer he slept with a girl twice and he lied to me again. He almost cried and said that he doesn't want to loose what we have. I want someone who wants to be my boyfriend and who isn't afraid to potentially waste time with me. I've told him that and we always seem to end up back where we started. I want to move on sometimes but i'm so scared cause he has become such a big part of my life in the past year. Other times I don't want to move on and tell my self,"I'm only 19, i'm shouldn't be worrying about future relationships i should be doing what makes me happy and he does right now". I talk to this other guy sometimes too and i know he's liked me for a while but i don't know if i should try to move on with a new boy or stay where i am.

Nope! Move on. He's a jerk!
If he really want you, then he won't be like that.
He's the one who said that the relationship won't get anywhere, so tell him to f**k off.
Look, girly, I know it's going to hurt like hell, but trust me, you don't want this asshole to be your boyfriend. He lied to you about something serious. He slept with another chick ... TWICE! Do you really want a little boy like him? I don't think so.
The best choice is to let that jerk go and find yourself someone who will treat you right. :)
