I lived with this man for 3 years...I finally stood up after all the cheating and said no more! for the next 4 years we remainded friends, 4-5 physical encounters but no sex!, him constantly asking me back, i always said no that I am content with my life right now, He started dating someone and said take me back, I said yes...over a year later after becoming the "other" woman, him telling me where he was going, letting me read text messgaes between the two of them, there were sexual encounters this time between him and I, i said NO MOre once again! so we are now 2-3 monthes after the end of that relationship, all during that relationship he told me he loved me, that he wanted to spend his life with me! We have become closer, we are best friends, talk everyday. I finally said dinner and we will see were it goes, but no promises, he tells me he has been dating this one woman but its nothing, i was ok with that untill I caught on that it was more than dating.. I said I will not be hidden for anything not even our friendship.. I confronted this new woman about his lies, she had no idea that we were still seeing each other. she broke it off only 2 days and asked him to come back! she is constantly calling him, driving by his house and demanded he never talk to me again! She has known him 4 months I have know him 10 years! He once again wants me to wait, saying I put him in a bad situation with the confrontation!!! He says he dosnt love her and sees it going no where, but is content(he is using my words being smart) He tells me he loves me everyday, calls everyday and text everyday, I finally said me or her and he asked for time to get out of the relationship that I forced him into!!! What to do???

Hello. I dn't think you forced him into anything. He chosed that rlationship on his own. You don't deserve to be the second woman...noone does. I think you have become "comfortable" or "settled" because of the years you guys have been together. Try...I mean TRY to move on. He's not looking for a future...he just want to play and life is too short to waste on silly games. Love yourself Girl and find someone who can appreciate and love you HONESTLY! I do hope that this helps!
