How to control the Anger in me with little or no fault
Try to find an outlet for your anger. For some it could be video games, knitting, drawing, reading, or even watching random videos on youtube in the comfort of your own bed.
Is there a boxing or martial arts group/club nearby? That could help. Try athletics/sports a good run with competition always settles the mind and gives clear thinking in a positive way. Good luck.
I agree with Susie....what causes you to feel anger in your life? You could always try counting to three or using a calming word out loud when you are angry
