My Tinnitus Treatment Plan

My name is John Banks, I am 33 years old and I have been a sufferer of tinnitus for about 10 years now and up until about 1 year ago I like most of you no doubt, did not know where to turn. It was literally driving me mad.

My personal problem with this awful medical condition is that nobody else can feel your

pain; nobody else can understand what you are going through. It used to affect my day to day life, concentrating on anything became very difficult, watching TV, driving the car, reading – basically everything to some degree was affected by my condition.

To top it all off, I developed Menieres disease in one of my ears too – this drove the tinnitus through the roof. Menieres is a balance disorder and unfortunately one of the symptoms with this is guess what? – Yep, tinnitus.....!

So, after years of Doctors just basically telling me to “deal with it” I thought I would look into some possible solutions and treatments and I have definitely found some great things that help.

All about Tinnitus

It is important to understand what tinnitus is and where is comes from in order to combat it. Tinnitus – as we all know is the term used for noises heard in the ear or ears. In my case it started in the right side but then later developed into both, when my tinnitus was at its worst the right side was ringing very loudly 24/7........nightmare.

The noises are usually described as ringing, whistling, hissing, buzzing or humming. Tinnitus is not a disease or an illness; it is a non-specific symptom that can be brought on by a mental or physical ‘change’, not necessarily related to hearing. There is evidence to suggest that almost everyone at some stage get occasional ringing in the ears at some time or another especially those in a profession where they are subjected to loud frequent noise. The difference is this is temporary whereas approximately 5% of the adult population experience persistent or troublesome tinnitus.

Like I mentioned, mine was all day, every day, all the time, in bed, at work, in the car, all the time every second of every day.........persistent.

I have developed a step by step system and would like to share this with anyone who suffers. I feel that I no longer suffer having adopted some methods and techniques that anyone can learn.

There is a lot to consider when you suffer from tinnitus. Things like diet, stress and relaxing all play huge parts in combating this. I will cover all the aspects you need to know.

If you or anyone you know has suffered from this then please feel free to head over to http://relieffortinnitus.net and we can get started right away. Oh, and in case you are wondering it’s all FREE.
