I got stuck in my own problem at 19

Hello everyone, Im sure that everybody at this age kinda feel the same too. At 19, after leaving high school, i got no closed friend at college. I see people making group of friends, and i dont even know how they could get so well with each other. I cant find someone I could share my story with. So I have to get used to the feeling of being alone. I tried to make my life more interesting but i failed. I joined clubs, went to some workshop, but when it ended, my life is just being normal, again. I would join more class but I have no money left, I was a graphic designer for a company, it is kinda a desk job so i quit. Now i try to join the freelancer community as an illustrator (i can draw well too), but so far i got no customer. Im planning to get an art scholarship, but i have much things to prepare and there are not enough time. I kinda want to quit anything. Im thinking of the way to solve my problem is to go on a gap-year, i will try to survive as a street artist. Thanks for reading all my problem.. please share your point of view..

Hi Vankhag I'm sorry that you feel so alone right now. I don't think the answer is to give up on everything and take a gap year. You would be continuing the cycle of being alone. My advice would be to find a new job (maybe it is office work, but I think you need to be with people). Slowly make friends with people at work. Learn to chat to them about their lives and families. Just be yourself. Concentrate on your art which is something which gives you pleasure and you are good at. How about joining an organisation where you could teach other people to draw. You obviously have a talent which should be shared. Older people or young children (during school holidays?) would all be interested in a simple art class. Explore your neighbourhood and find groups which accept help (care homes etc.) You've got a lot to offer
