Not sure what my relationship status is

So I'm 24(m) and I've been working with this 20(f) for almost a year now. She has done nothing but sexually harass me for months and I've rejected her advances until recently. We have talked everyday and have occasionally hungout outside work for a few months now. We'll watch tv together and she'll have no problem laying around on top of me or grabbing at my dick through my pants when I'm hard and make a joke. The other night we even laid in my bed together and she even pulled my hand into her pants to prove she wasn't wearing panties, she even reached into my pants wanting to get me hard. Yet she won't kiss me and keeps telling me that we're only friends and that she'll find me a gf. She just offered for me to go house hunting with her and her son and even wants a 3BR for all of us. What am I missing here?

I would lay things on the table. You can say 'I like you and would like to be with you. I am getting mixed messages from you. If you just want to be friends, that is fine.' And then take what you will from that conversation and move on with your life- either with her as an item or not. Best of luck.
