Low income housing advice

Hey guys (Mainly The Uk) as this will apply. So me and my partner have put forward an application after a viewing for a low income housing property. The requirements states that household income needs to be between £15,000-£30,000 per annum. Our salaries together will come to around £34,000. But that's before Tax and NI. As well as deductions. Will this be a problem? Thank-you!
