Continuing on with a previous challenge regarding FB lurking

To catch everyone up, I've been lurking on somebody's Facebook page, this is an old flame from my past. I've lost interest in him, as I was excited when I found the page a few months ago but that interest has waned. I don't really check it anymore. I did stop by last night because I clicked on the wrong link. I noticed something, the man is white as a ghost and his neck is inflamed. He put up a picture of himself from last year and the difference is astounding. He's probably sick and doesn't know it, my guess a thyroid problem. He's gained weight too. Should I be sending some sort of anonymous email to go see a doctor? I don't really want to talk to him but I don't want to see him die either. I don't want to creep him out either. Any suggestions?

Thank you Susiedqq. You are right, I don't want to go backwards. You've assuaged my guilt in doing nothing. I don't want to get involved. His friends and family really need to step up and say something. It won't be me. :-D
