I love my best friend

i have a close fried and i am in deeply in love with her .I want to do so much with her .I truly love her but she has a boyfriend but he is only there for lust.I dont know what to do i feel like crying can u help me out plz. The main question is should i distance myself?

Falling in love with your best friend who is in a relationship is painful. Sometimes you'd question yourself, what if you wait until the two broke up and that person will come to you. On one hand, If you're patient enough to wait for her, support her by her side as a close friend, and wishing that guy could break up w/ her in the future, I guess you can do that. You must know that it hurts a lot as seeing those two in a relationship. And even if you wait, will she accept you more than a friend? On the other hand, my suggestion is you should move on. Your heart needs more time to accept what your mind already knows. It just hurts and you can't stand it. Don't hang out w/ her a lot. Give her a space b/c you don't want to go in between 2 people. Don't check her social media. Don't find someone in order to forget her. Just focus on what you do and in yourself.
