The girl I love has changed her behaviour suddenly

I met a girl at the place where I work. Both of us joined the company together. During initial days I helped her a lot and after some days I got transferred to another location in the same city. After my transfer, the girl used to text me everyday saying "She is feeling very bad as I am not with her. She used to tell me to talk to my manager and get transferred again to my previous location so that we can work together. We used to chat regularly. She always used to ask me if I loved any girl. My answer used to be no. One day she asked me -"Do you love me?". That time I did not answer her as I was not sure. After this incidence also we used to talk a lot. Also met sometimes. Everything was as usual. After few months I also started feeling about her. And I told her about my feelings. But she did not clearly reveal what she felt about me. But she continued talking to me. We started talking more, meeting more. She used to discuss all her personal problems with me. She also told her parents about me. This continued for 2 months. Everything was fine. But one day suddenly her behavior changed. She started ignoring me. When asked about the reason she said some things don't have any reason. She also told me that she had never agreed that she loved me. She also stopped talking to me. So after few days I stopped texting her. Few days ago (Almost After 4 months) I got her message asking that if I am still angry on her. And she apologized about her behavior and said she is afraid -"If she is not able to marry me then everything would be in vain". But still she has not told me the reason of her behavior. It is very frustrating. I am not able to get the reason for her behavior. If she did not love me then why she used to talk to me even after I told her my feelings? Why she used to insist me to say "3 magical words" everyday? I truly loved her and I still do. I am not getting What should I do? She is still not talking freely. But I get her sorry messages sometimes. But she does not extend the conversation.
