Unexplained breakup?

In September, I began dating a boy who I really liked, I still do. I thought he liked me, but obviously not, because just over two weeks ago, he broke up with me, and didn't tell me why. All he said was "I can't really explain it, I'm sorry" and left it at that. I miss him, and I want him back. I probably wouldn't be as upset as I am if I knew the whole story. How can I move on from him, especially since someone else likes me?

Hey, That must be hard not knowing and it’s unfair of him not to give you a reason because it’s clearly left you insecure and wondering what went wrong. I Think it would with a lot of people. Could of been a number of reasons as to why he ended things, maybe he had problems of his own that he couldn’t share but whatever the reason was he’s clearly not mature enough to be honest with you. Give your self a bit if time to get over this and try to dwell or overthink on this too much, that won’t help but easier said then done. With this other person who likes you, take it slow see if you like him back. If not you might gain a friend at he very least or it might be he start of something good :-).
