Need advice

I'm 31 years old and have been married for 6 and a half years. My husband recently got a no contact order on him but might be coming home soon. I don't have a job right now and he cut me off financially. I'm worried he's going to try and kick me out of the house.

Not sure what state you are in but if you are married and own the home together or if you are renting and you are on the lease, I’m not sure he has a legal right to kick you out. Like I said, I don’t know your rights according to your state but you could call an attorney and get some advice
