Hi, Sounds like you're still being bullied, but without knowing the whole scenario it's impossible to say. Sometimes when we're distracted we might appear to be staring at someone/something when in fact we're deep in thought. On the other hand, if you are actually staring at someone, in some circumstances it can be considered rude, in others even a bit creepy and threatening, (for instance, if you're in a public place and a stranger is staring straight at you and doesn't look away it can make you feel uncomfortable). For sure if someone has the habit of staring hard at people for too long it can become quite annoying and will draw negative attention. School-age kids can be pretty obnoxious in the way they deal with things, so I wouldn't take the mental health comments to heart, because that actually IS bullying, and so is victimising you because you reported earlier bullying. Perhaps you should film and record this happening if you have a 'phone with a camera, and then show it to a teacher or adult who you trust.
