I need help to know if this guy likes me...

There's this guy who is kind of a play boy and he's really far from me so we only text and talk from apps right now. I really like him bit I don't know if he feels the same. We sleep in voice calls sometimes and he teases me and says things like "<my name> is very beautiful" (we have seen each other) and I would laugh and say "no I'm a potato" then he said "you are a pretty potato and if you're a potato then I'm into potatoes" we really enjoy listening to music together and have similar taste but we don't always talk a lot. He can be kinda pervy and flirty with others but I really do like him. Anyone have any advice? Does he like me? Would we have a lasting relationship is we got together? Also I'm the kind of girl who get flustered easily and I'm not into sexual pleasure and such like I don't play along with him like some girls.

I think a big question is - how pervy and flirty is he, and how involved is he with the other people he is pervy and flirty towards? Since your relationship is long-distance, it's really hard to know what he is like, or even if he is actually like that. One of the biggest issues may be that this is long-distance. How far apart are the two of you? Does it seem like you could realistically hang out together one day at some public place? It can take a long time to really get to know some people. And I've met flirty people who don't want anything from the people they flirt with except for immature conversation, and I've met low-key people who have several partners. At the end of the day only you know how you feel about someone at any given point in time. And that is your choice, nobody else's. But just make sure you know the person well enough, if you want to have something more serious with them.
