Devastated over my girlfriend leaving after 7 years

My girlfriend 26 has been my life for 7 years. Im 29 and all of 20s were together. So we work together and our families are really close. We were so in love and i know for a fact she wanted me to propose. I wasnt the best at talking about the future and she said i shut down. I honestly wasn't being attentive as i should've been after I graduated college. To many times i went home after work instead of her house. I had a bit of a drinking problem and kinda lost my personality. I admit my mistakes. We have done so much together over the years trips, concerts, dinners, parties. But i took her for granted and killing myself for it. I guess she thought i was never gonna wake up and propose or she loved me more than i did her. My plan was to move out and marry her. I was saving money for this and didn't make it known it was for us.
So about alittle over a month ago my girlfriend was acting little odd at a baseball game. A week later we met and drove around she broke up with me. I was sobbing and pleded to not do this. Her reasons were i need to make myself happy before i can accept your love. Our relationship lost its spark which happens when your together that long .She said we got too comfortable and we were doing to much of just Netflix and chill. Shes never been to much of a partier so i thought this was okay. She been a different person since breakup. She most def battling some depression and anxiety and doing soul searching and has some self confidence issues. She said she emotionally tuned out and can't work on us. Seems like she really broke from the work stress, family stress, and relationship stress. She calling herself a bitch and I deseve better. What pisses her off is her family is all on my side and is devastated about her decision. She told me stop talking to my family they are drama and judgement and loyal to you and
Yeah that's whats happening. We both our maturing. I have given her space. If she contacts me i will respond.
I have working alot on my self lost 20 pounds and job searching working and hanging with friends.
Yes i won't stick in background for long. I will wait for that mature talk and show the changes i made.
