Crushes

So ok I have a crush and I don’t know if I should ask her out. I’m a shy person but I could probably ask her out.Problem is I think she’s has a crush on someone else at work.We talk sometimes and it seems as if she’s likes me.I just don’t know what to do. HELP!!!
