Japanese language course advice

Hey! I'm here for some help... I've been wanting to learn Japanese for years. I even started studying the basics on my own but could only go so far and then my motivation started to drop which made be realise that my next step should be a classroom environment course. Online courses just won't push me. So I have been looking online trying to find some classes but it's all gobbledy-gook to me. I need help in finding a course with decent reviews and one that can work around my schedule. Travel is ok most of the places I've looked seem to be in London. Pretty please someone help me.

Sounds like if the London courses are the ones to go for if they are easy to talk to. Might be best to the people who organise it.
