Suspect husband is cheating

I think my husband is cheating but I am not sure. We have been together for 30 plus years and married for 28 years we have 3 grown up children together. I have noticed that in the last several months his attitude change he is constantly critizing most things that I do, but one thing that has really got me wondering is he is always in his phone from the time he gets home untill he goes to bed if he puts it down he picks it up and checks it every 5 minutes. We have gone from having a pretty good sex life to a non existent one, I am actually driving my self crazy thinking about this.

Lollie, if you suspect that your husband is cheating, then sit him down and ask him straight to his face. Ask him to help you to understand, that why after all of these years of marriage, his actions are causing you to feel left out and miserable. He's the only one who can give you the answers.

If he doesn't like a conversation we are having or where a conversation is going he will shut down, I have told him how I feel and he just laughs. We have been down this road about 18 years ago and I asked him if he was seeing someone and he denied it then, so this time will be know different. He doesn't think there is a problem and he's told me that but something has definitely changed over the last few months. My gut feeling is something is up and I am usually spot on when it comes to my gut instincts.
