Long distance relationship at university

I’ve been talking to this girl for a few months and things have been going really well. We’ve met a few times and things are starting to get serious. In September I will be moving to Bristol to do my masters whilst she will be moving to Exeter to do a placement year. The distance thing isn’t bothering me all that much as it’s only an hour drive, she has a car and I’m happy to take public transport. The only thing bothering me is that when I move to Bristol I really want to meet new people and fully experience the city. I’m worried that if I have a relationship when I get there I won’t have enough time to make friends properly and do the things I wanna do there. Am I overthinking or will this be a legitimate problem? Thanks!

It looks like you're overthinking. Just let it happen and when the moment comes, adapt and find a balance.
