Dealing with self esteem issues after being cheated on

After 2+ years of my old relationship where i got cheated on badly and a few times, i am now in a new relationship for 2 years and cant build my self esteem and always feel anxious and paranoid.

Hello PARKER_2020, You new relationship is with a different person. Then is a different relationship. The fact that you were cheated on before does not mean it will happen again.
