Husband hides his phone, lies and works away from home

I really need some help please... My husband of 30 years is away from home quite often. He is meant to stay with family where he is working, but has been found out to be staying with a woman (someone he worked for) or a close friend of his. He never told me this information, until it has come to light! He also never calls me whilst away (7-10 days at a time) he sends me a text before bed. I never see his phone and he has been caught outside having private conversations on his phone. He is also unloving and unaffectionate. I have asked him about his relationship status with these friends, hiding phone etc. He gets very defensive and nasty! I have given him ultimatums about not seeing these people, but nothing has changed. I fear I cannot hold on much longer (a year) I would really appreciate some advice, thanks for reading
