Does respect = love

Is it disrespectful for a man that's in a relationship to sit at another womans house alone with her in her bedroom for atleast 2hrs and tell the other woman" my wife would not like me here alone with you" also does him doing that mean he doesn't love his wife?

Should a grown man even need to be told how unacceptable it is, let alone why, as if he at his age doesn't already well know this basic fact of life? What is he - four? How come YOU know, CARE ALOT? Did he tell you? Was it a conscience-led confession or an act of cruelty?
