Not having enough economic stability to get married late 20's

I'm 28 and my boyfriend 35, we've been for 6 years now. I'd like to settle down and he too, but he isn't earning enough money and me neither, Shouldn't I worry so much for this 'cause as I read and see for you as men the economic stability improves with the years? I want to read you from a man or woman perspective

Money isn't everything. If you want to be together..you can make it work. There is nothing wrong with having a "simple life"
