Pornographic images of my mother on a porn site

I am grown up so no issues there. However I was shocked to learn that there are eleven pornographic images in a gallery on a porn site of my own mother. I was even more shocked to learn that the images are not owned by my Mother but the site does have consent from her to display them, and therefore I could not have them removed even though I tried. However my Mother is absolutely mortified that I came across them. Apparently she never considered the possibility. But she also insists that I should just forget aabout it as she could not have them removed now even if she asked. I personally really really want those photos removed and I feel she should do more. I have not spoken about this with anyone I know and I never will. However I was actually told by the individual that owns the gallery to eff off and I should mind my own business and just not look at them. It was this reaction actually that shocked me to the core. I actually was really angry, I could have shouted at this person if I had the chance. Should my Mother do more to do the right thing, or should I actually mind my own business and allow some keyboard warrior to tell me to eff off instead of at least being pleasant about my request?

I'd confront her, but not angrily. You have a right to feel embarrassed here, but then she had a right to express herself.

Also, i'm not sure what you can do legally to remove them. the owner is within his rights to keep them up, and seemingly your mother has resigned herself to the fact that it's onthere for good. However, is it more that you think people will find out and it will embarrass you? Do you dislike porn, or mix with people who do?
