Hot flushes in possible pregnancy

I really feel like I could be pregnant as boobs have been sore, I've been having dizzy spells and hot flushes. Similar to my first pregnancy. I tested negative 4 days early today which I know is silly to do because of the level of pregnancy hormone and that I should wait till one day after a missed period but I don't feel right and wonder if its pregnancy or sugar levels. I guess I am just trying to see if other ladies tested 4 days early and eventually got a positive? And are hot flushes and dizzy a early symptom? Thanks

If it is that much of a concern for you, make a Dr appointment. Their tests are better, and wether you are pregnant or there is another problem, you'll be happier knowing what it is.

One of my relative, did USG till the first 3 semester and still came out negative. In the end she still pregnant. The doctor could only see it after 5 months pregnancy
