Involuntary orgasms not letting me sleep

I cannot find anywhere on Google or web search this problem specifically, they had one close to it and the rest are to help the majority issue of not being able to achieve orgasm. I have tried to ask other friends if anything similar has happened to them but I am too embarrassed to go into detail so we end up joking about how anyone would love my problem. This has happened off and on since I was a child, it is never ever accompanied by a sexual dream or even thoughts.i occasionally wake up moaning with pleasure from the most amazing orgasms ever. I am not complaining about that it is amazing. The problem is periodically it will happen every time I fall back to sleep over and over and over and over again. If I get up or move around nothing but as soon as I fall asleep, worst part is my children and whoever else is around here my loud obviously sexual moaning and I can only imagine they think I am an obsessive masturbater 🤣 anyway it only happens when I fall asleep which leaves me powerless to control the moaning and has caused me to literally wake up 5 or more times an hour all night. I have trouble staying asleep already and am losing my mind. Thank God I am single because I am orgasmed out. I saw articles of women thos happened to up to 100 times a day but it was anytime anywhere mine is only when I sleep, although the results are sexual the causelike my vaginal muscles go into spasms. I cannot be the only one right. This comes and goes and I cannot find any common triggers

According to research, it is more likely to happen if you sleep on your stomach. Not sure if you do or not. Have you tried taking melatonin or other natural sleep aides to keep you in a deeper sleep?

It would seem that the most likely source of help would be to discuss this with a doctor, not a bunch of people on the internet. I'm not being sarcastic.
