Am I a jerk for telling my brother he ruined my life?

My brother and I were best friends up until he was about 6. He started pulling my hair, and being rude. Now he is starting puberty and thinks he is the shit. Idk if it’s the hormones or what. He thinks he’s so much better than me. He thinks of himself as a bad kid, but then says he’s nicer than me. I told him that he’s been a little shit since he was six and that he ruined my life by being so mean cuz I always get blamed by my dad for his stuff. My brother would make a mess and not get in any trouble but I have to clean it up. Cleaning up after little kids is kinda my job, but he didn’t even get called out for making messes or yelling at me. I fed him, dressed him and loved him for years and now he thinks that I owe him something. All I owe him is the respect I show everyone, and being his big sister. My job is being his sister, not be his mother and scapegoat. He demands that I never mention anything he does wrong but he snitches on me for nothing.

He want,s me to cook, clean and do everything for him, like dude I’m not ur mom. I owe him respect and love but not doing literally everything for him.

Stop doing things for him. Point out the issues he causes in the household. Everybody needs to come together and treat him like they'd treat anyone else with such bad behavior. Hopefully it isn't too late to change him.
