Having doubts is a normal part of life, but it's important to focus on things that bring hope and motivation. Set achievable goals, seek support from others, and be kind to yourself. With time and effort, you can build resilience and overcome doubts. I personally experience this but I seek help to coach jazzie from @linestoreflect21 she's on facebook page and instagram. She makes my life meaningful. I share it with you because it helps me a lot and I want you to have a meaningful and beautiful life.
