What should I do

Went to a clinic where I live to have Botox and Filler put in. I had it done by a woman and she said she used to be a nurse and had been for years. She seemed genuine and trustworthy and it’s run by another other woman who works there too. I had botox in different areas and the filler in my lips. The botox was put in my cheeks but one cheek had creases still in it so had a top up of more botox for free. It still didn’t fill it out so got filler put in. This cost £180. I still have creases on the same cheek. I wasn’t told what I should and shouldn’t at all after having the botox and filler in. I had to asked about it after I had the filler and she said not to not lie on my side as it could affect the filler. If I was told this the first time it might of helped and I might not of needed more Botox put in. I paid £720 for it all the first time and the filler in my cheeks cost £180. I don’t know if to go back or not as I thought the filler would solve the creases in my cheek but hasn’t and after paying the money for it too. I also need some filler in my nose after having a operation on it years ago and was advised I would need more as and when. The woman who as done my treatment says it would cost me £240 and she can use the rest of the filler on some other places I need it. I would like to get it done but i’m on two minds now what to do. I’m a little worried I’m paying all this money and having paid £180 on the filler for my cheek and it hasn’t worked I’m a little worried. I don’t want to waste money and keep having to return to her. Should I go elsewhere and maybe have to pay more or return to her and tell her about the filler in my cheek not working and see dust she says but do I have the filler for my nose or not of her?

Both dermal fillers and Botox are temporary. Botox needs to be repeated avery three months or so. Dermal fillers - it varies, but the product is eventually re-absorbed by the body and needs to be replaced. Your cheek creases - it sounds like those should have gotten filler, not Botox. I don't know if the technician mis-spoke or you remembered it differently. Either way, to maintain the look, both botox and fillers have to be redone every few months. No matter who does the work, you will be returning again and again.

This is TILOP. The Botox was put in two to three weeks ago in my cheeks and the filler a week ago so it’s not been in ages and should not of been absorbed by my body yet.

If she put Botox in the creases between your cheeks and upper lip, she doesn't know what she's doing and you shouldn't go back. Botox paralyzes muscles in your face, so for instance, when you try to raise your eyebrows or scowl, you can't, so the skin doesn't wrinkle. The only thing that should go in nasolabial folds is filler, as far as I can figure in my quick research.
