Get it done or not

Been to a clinic to have Botox and fillers in. I need a little filler in my nose after a operation I had on it years ago but it will cost £240. She said she can use the filler by my mouth and on a wrinkle I have at the side of my forehead so it won’t go to waste. I have £20.000 in savings what my mum left me in her will and I have already spent £975 on the Botox and filler. I’m worried about spending to much of the money as I’m living on it at the moment as I don’t have a job and I know it will go quick. I would like to have the filler in my nose, by my mouth and deep wrinkle at the side of my forehead. It I go with a private hospital they charge £200 for a consultation fee then the charge on top for the filler. I also need this money for a holiday for spending money and my husbands birthday is due so gifts for him and seeing my kids in a few weeks for a meal out So I just want to be real careful with it. Should I take my time and keep looking to see if I can get it cheaper elsewhere?. She is a ex nurse and as 30 years experience she said.
