Boyfriend wants space?

My bf of 2.5 years, we are both early twenties at uni. We have lived together for 2 years, and we just signed for our third flat. Since we moved in he went away for a month with two lads, which upset me cos he didnt ask or tell me, he just mentioned he was invited, then booked it. Since being back, he said it made him realise he loved me and he didnt enjoy himself because i wasnt there. He said he never knew how much i meant to him, and the next nice thing he would say to me would be to ask me to marry him. Now imagine 2 weeks later, and he says its not good he thinks its awkward he thinks its crap and he wants to buy me out the f,at, that he does love me but im just not his priority anymore and it worries him he is leading me on. I dont understand, how is it he can say those things? Im not a bad person i would never ruin our rship i love him to death. Hes gone from wanting to get a puppy and going abroad to live to saying i bore hm. Iv not done anything? What does that mean? We have final year starting, and he blames it on that, and the fact "hes never had a gf in the past to compare me to " i dont think thats fair? I havent had a rship likethis ever either?i havent got fat or cheated or anything so it cant be that hes come back and im not as pretty as the gurls who have flirted with him in LA. its supposed to be fresh and stronger after a month away. How can he change?is he getting a better offer elsewhere? Or did he love the taste of freedom so much he feels i am a drain on him.im so heartbroke he can saythis and the way he did wasnt even like he was bothered.its like i dont know who he is?and he said its cos he is selfish. But hes the kindest person i know?!i dont want to hear him say this, im in bits. Andi have uni to worry about too, not just him.but i suppose if he wants to get rid of me i cant show him its gonna be a mistake, hell have to suffer, because its like hes been brainwashed or something? All iv done is go work and come home and been me. He doesnt kiss me or want to look at me and he said hes felt this way a longtime?! So how could he say that when he came back from LA? Am i an idiot? Is he cheating ir does he wish hed never met me? Please give me some advice im in bits and hes just gone to football like nothings happened!xxx

Read that situation before outcome is he does care about you but do not know how to show it. Also when he went away and never told you means he only thinking about himself that blokes for you. Work on you studies and the rest will fall In line. Don't let him buy you out. And from what you say in your text he changed he played around and he most likely feeling guilty etc. Was he the right one for you answer yes and no Ie right for this point of time and no might not for the future unless he sorts his head soon. Sooner rather than later.
