Rude text from coworker

This was a text I received from a coworker in a work group:
But in all reality... teamwork makes the dream work.... if you aren't happy.... just LEAVE. It's as simple as that. .. but grown ass woman acting like their shit don't stink and saying everyone around them is the problem instead of looking at themselves in the mirror is very disturbing. Hi five to the Tracey and Regina in the dish room today that totally ignored me today when I asked twice if anyone needed help! I tried asking. Thank you Beth for realizing that I was a human and answering me.
I'm Regina, and I did not ignore her. I told her I wasn't sure and she might have not heard me. She asked me earlier that day if I was purposely not helping her and I told her no and then she sends this. This was also sent at 10pm. I ws5very upset and the next day I stead of apologing she said the text was not directed at me. Ok it has my name in it. My manager didn't even write her up or nothing. There is a position open in a different location and I think I might go for it. I can't work with someone like that. I also can't work worrying about everything I do, will it upset her will it not. I do not trust her and I don't think it will change. What would you do?
If you can't work with someone who disrespects your personal space by texting you at 10pm, & then won't own it, then it's time to apply for the position open elsewhere. It's your decision alone. Your co worker sounds like a typical 'team' member where the world revolves around them. The buggers are everywhere you go.
Your manager is probably at fault not to write it up & could also be wise enough not to, but don't expect managers to be any different anywhere else. It's dealing with the different personalities & using company policy to smooth issues which makes a good manager, just as it makes for good employees.
Good Luck
