No sex?

My partner is quite a bit older than me (40). I am 23. For the past two years he has been unable to 'get it up'. I do love the man to death but it is really becoming a problem. I know the saying goes 'sex isn't everything' but obviously the person who made this up was 'getting some' Anyone having the same or similar problem, would love to chat
