No commitment

Hi ive been with my partner for 18months we are both in our 40s and both work full time, i also have health problems which can make me very tired. The problem is we only see each other at weekends as he is too tired in the week and has to be in bed by 9. We have talked about moving in together but he says his house is not big enough (1bed house that his last partner lived in with him) so we have to wait to buy a bigger property, i dont own a house and live with family at the moment. He also has a sex award from his ex in a frame above the bed and his cats ashes in a casket on the bedside table. Perhaps im wrong to expect more than a weekend but after 18months i do. I now have my ex husband wanting to get back with me ahich has thrown me into a state of confusion i didnt think i had any feelings left for him but i obviously do or it would be a case of saying no way. He can offer me everything i want and need in life and the issues that caused our split have been dealt with on both sides he does have debts but that can be sorted, dilemma do i stay with my weekend only man who i love or go back to my ex who i love as well.

sounds like you might have a better life with your ex...keeping that sex award over his bed is just rude and disrespectful to you
