Tooth fairy and Santa Claus

My boyfriend got so mad at me and he broke up with me because of a tooth fairy and santa. We went to a trip with our girls (my daughter is 8, and his daughter is a few months younger than mine). His girl started a discussion about tooth fairies. She actually asked a question if a tooth fairy was real or not, and my daughter said she was not real. They started arguing, because his daughter believed in tooth fairies and mine did not. My boyfriend jumped in the camper and he said to my girl, "hold your opinion to yourself," and I exploded and I said to him that he was so immature. I said to him he should say to them to stop arguing and the end of story, but not he was so mad at my girl because she did not believe in tooth fairies. He said to me, that he would protect his child from me. He said, "I want my child to believe in fairies. I don't want her to find out that fairies were not real. we are done. get out from my house."
