I'm unsure whether I should break up with my gf

so i have been with my gf for 6 months today we moved in together entirely too early at 2 months and now money is tight and i feel over whelmed i dont theres so many things in the relationship that bother me me im 22 shes 20 she unfortunately has an illness that limits her mobility and in some ways i feel the need to take care of her and in another i feel like im too young to take care of another she is a really good girl she loves me but the sad thing is i dont miss her when im at work and to tell the truth sex sucks so theres no passion money is really tight and im stressed shes stressed and i feel the best thing for both of us is to break up i feel like i have issues myself i need to deal with theres so much into this relationship that i cant fix
