My family is not happy

I am in my older 20's and I believe that I have found the person that I want to spend the rest of my life with. I am living with parents for they have helped me in the last 5 years with my daughter and getting my education completed. The problem is my family dislikes this person and has made it difficult for me to be happy completely. I am not sure of what to do and just need a third party that might have some experience in what to do.
