My breakup?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 months. I thought we were doing fine! But one night I took my little brother skating. When I got home I got on facebook and noticed my boyfriend changed his relationship statistically to single. He didn't tell me he wanted to breakup with me. I haven't talk to him since. I usually don't ask people for advice but I just wanted to know what could be some possible reasons he has to breakup with me? Any ideas?

i don't want to sound harsh. ask him why he changed his relationship status ? i think he is not interested in you anymore.

But why wouldn't he tell me its over ?
