Confussed by my ex

My ex dumped me in April. Little did we both know I was dealing with anxiety depression and she just told me that she felt the relationship had reached a naural end. We had been together for 3 years and it was for keeps. The whole time I was ill she just kept away - she says not that she felt that she could not be near me as it was to hard to see the change in me. I am getting better again and we are both living in the same city again. I was hoping that we could get back on track now and she has given me that impression. However I have now been told that she started dating someone else in April and they have been together since. In the last two weeks we have begun to talk and she has told me that she wants to keep me in her life, i am her best friend, I couldn't help been ill, she loves my company. Equally this weekend she told me that just because she is not with me does not mean that she is not happy, she is in a good place again, she has closed the door on the us part and yet she happily spent the night with me I am now feeling confussed as one she can't be that loved up with the new guy if she can do that, I also don't know where I stand She is a very up and down person with regards to her moods which does not help. any advise guys

She must still have feelings for you but isn't sure how strong they are. Keep her close but be careful of becoming wrapped around her finger. GoodLuck! Hope I helped!
