Help me please

My girlfriend of three years broke up with me because she was cheating on me and feels guilty about it, she said she still loves me but feels it's not right to continue seeing each other. She also said she broke it off with the other guy but I don't think I believe her, I love her and feel she is a part of me. What should I do? Please help
